Job Summary
Supporting a boutique business litigation firm, the part-time California Licensed Litigation Attorney will manage active litigation matters, draft pleadings and motions, and oversee written discovery while working remotely for approximately 20-30 hours per week during standard California business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Support active litigation matters from early case development through resolution
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, demand letters, and correspondence
- Manage written discovery and assist with document review and production
Required qualifications
- California-licensed attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience in California state court
- Comfortable working across the full litigation lifecycle and various matter types
- Strong legal research and writing skills with the ability to produce polished work product
- Organized and responsive, suited for part-time, engagement-based work
- J.D. from an accredited law school and in good standing
