Job Summary
To support a growing litigation practice, the full-time California Licensed Litigation Attorney will manage a variety of cases including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and business disputes while working remotely from Southern California.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of litigation cases from inception to resolution, including legal strategy, research, and drafting pleadings
- Argue motions in court, attend mediations, and represent clients during depositions and trials
- Collaborate with team members and receive mentorship from experienced partners to foster professional growth
Required qualifications
- Current admission to the California State Bar
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience, including at least one year defending tort claims
- Proficiency in preparing legal documents, managing discovery, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel
- Desire and ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
