Job Summary

Seeking a skilled California Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage a diverse caseload involving commercial disputes, general liability, and catastrophic injury claims while collaborating with a supportive litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation cases from start to finish, including strategy development and discovery
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel while preparing for trials and mediations
• Handle depositions and coordinate with experts throughout the litigation process

Required qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of experience as a litigation attorney in a law firm environment
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Current admission to the State Bar of California
• Experience in managing cases involving general liability, construction, and commercial disputes
• Strong communication and advocacy skills with a client-focused mindset
