California Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Attorney, this remote contract position offers part-time or full-time hours to support a civil litigation law firm with various matters, including employment, commercial, and personal injury cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload involving employment, commercial, and personal injury litigation
• Draft and review pleadings, written discovery, motions, and prepare for hearings
• Maintain organization and responsiveness in a flexible, engagement-based work environment

Required qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Experience in employment, commercial, and/or personal injury cases
• Availability for approximately 20-40 hours per week based on candidate preference
• Outstanding references from previous legal positions
