Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Attorney, the fully remote position offers both part-time and full-time contract opportunities, focusing on drafting motions, managing discovery phases, and conducting legal research for a prominent midsize law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft motions and pleadings, and prepare correspondence and other legal documents
• Manage all phases of discovery and assist with case strategy and litigation support
• Conduct legal research and prepare related memoranda

Required Qualifications

• Active California bar license required
• Prior litigation experience is necessary
• Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side is welcomed
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
