Job Summary

Offering a flexible remote engagement, the California Licensed Litigation Attorney will manage civil litigation cases, including commercial/business litigation and personal injury law, with options for part-time or full-time work.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation in civil litigation cases
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategies
• Provide legal advice and representation in various areas of litigation

Required qualifications:

• California licensed attorney with at least 4 years of legal experience in litigation
• Experience in areas such as labor and employment law, premises liability, or environmental litigation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
