Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Attorney for a part-time remote engagement, the attorney will manage civil litigation case workup, including written discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation, with a workload increasing to full-time during trial activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation case workup, including discovery and motion practice
• Assist with trial preparation and post-trial activities, particularly for matters in federal court
• Collaborate with a litigation team while working independently on assigned tasks

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of legal experience in litigation
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Experience with federal court litigation, particularly in land use and constitutional law
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
