Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time remote Associate Attorney will represent commercial landlords in complex lease disputes, draft and negotiate commercial leases, and manage litigation from strategy through trial while collaborating with firm leadership in Southern California.

Key responsibilities

• Represent commercial landlords in complex lease disputes and unlawful detainer actions
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, amendments, and related agreements
• Manage litigation from initial strategy through trial, including all related legal processes

Required qualifications

• Active member of the California Bar
• Approximately 15+ years of litigation experience
• Significant experience handling commercial landlord-tenant matters
• Strong understanding of commercial lease drafting and interpretation
• Experience independently managing hearings, motions, and trials
