Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Litigation Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage a personal injury caseload, develop litigation strategies, and represent clients in various legal proceedings.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and court proceedings

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the California Bar
• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
