California Licensed Litigation Attorney
Job Summary
Supporting the Business Tort Litigation team, the part-time Litigation Attorney will oversee outside counsel, assist with discovery, and facilitate pre-litigation counseling in a fully remote capacity for an estimated two to three months with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee outside counsel on various litigation matters
- Assist with discovery processes related to business tort litigation
- Facilitate pre-litigation counseling to mitigate risks and resolve disputes
Required qualifications
- California Licensed Litigation Attorney with a strong background in tort litigation
- Experience managing commercial and premises liability matters preferred
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week on a temporary basis
- Experience overseeing outside counsel
- Local candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area are a plus
