Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Counsel to manage all litigation matters across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial litigation from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal
• Manage employment litigation and pre-litigation disputes
• Advise leadership on litigation risk and settlement strategy

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar
• 5+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation
• Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters simultaneously
• Experience managing outside counsel relationships
• Comfort with discovery mechanics and e-discovery platforms
