California Licensed Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

To support its direct-to-homeowner solar sales and financing business, the full-time California Licensed Litigation Counsel will provide litigation support, negotiate settlements, and manage outside counsel on various legal matters while based in Irvine, CA, with potential remote work for exceptional candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide litigation support for residential consumer business, including attorney demand letters, lawsuits, and regulatory matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, business-oriented legal advice
• Resolve consumer disputes and manage offensive litigation strategies for recovery of defaulted funds

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in law firm or in-house handling litigation matters
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a proactive approach to resolving legal challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Membership in at least one state bar
