Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Manager - Litigation Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee case management, including planning, development, and fact gathering
- Manage subpoenas, document production, and electronic information analysis
- Provide litigation support and update claim status in the corporate database
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience; Paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a litigation paralegal or equivalent
- Experience with property and casualty insurance claims is ideal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft business applications and insurance-specific software
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with strict confidentiality
