Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Manager - Litigation Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee case management, including planning, development, and fact gathering
  • Manage subpoenas, document production, and electronic information analysis
  • Provide litigation support and update claim status in the corporate database
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience; Paralegal certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a litigation paralegal or equivalent
  • Experience with property and casualty insurance claims is ideal
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft business applications and insurance-specific software
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with strict confidentiality
