Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support a busy civil litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to legal documents
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including drafting exhibits and coordinating logistics
• Conduct factual investigations and perform limited legal research under attorney supervision

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal research tools
• Experience with practice management software and court filing systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
