Key Responsibilities

• Manage full docketing and calendaring across state and federal matters
• Prepare and format pleadings, manage service of process, and support case workflow
• Maintain organized workflows in Clio and Google Drive

• Based in California with civil litigation experience
• Experience supporting state and federal court filings
• Strong case management and calendaring skills
• Comfortable with multi-jurisdictional filings and varying local rules
