Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal - Coverage Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze incoming service of subpoenas and third-party requests
• Organize and maintain litigation case files, and prepare legal documents and exhibits for various proceedings
• Assist with process improvement initiatives related to subpoena workflows and document management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Operational knowledge of the legal system and litigation processes
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal degree/certificate with 2-5 years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and case management/e-discovery platforms
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accuracy in tasks
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
