Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support ongoing litigation matters in a fully remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage written discovery, including interrogatories and requests for production
• Gather, organize, and synthesize information from clients and case materials
• Assist with drafting and preparing pleadings and other litigation documents

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal supporting California matters
• Hands-on experience managing discovery from start to finish
• Background in plaintiff-side litigation or personal injury environments
• Experience supporting toxic tort or complex plaintiff-side matters is strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with minimal oversight
