California Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle in their Los Angeles office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial preparation
• Conduct research using court databases and online resources to obtain case-related information
• Review, analyze, and organize document productions from opposing counsel and third parties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Insurance defense experience is a plus
• Experience drafting subpoenas and managing records requests
• Experience with insurance defense or insurance coverage matters is a plus, but not required
