California Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time remote California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage client documents, conduct background checks, and draft legal documents for attorney review while ensuring high-quality billable work.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and identify relevant case materials
• Draft various legal documents for attorney review, including motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
• Assist in trial preparation by managing exhibits, witness lists, and coordinating witness preparation meetings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience, specifically in labor and employment litigation
• Extensive knowledge of litigation and trial procedures, as well as California state and federal court rules
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a legal setting
• Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program or equivalent legal education
• Experience with eDiscovery technology and document management systems, such as Relativity or Everlaw, is preferred
