Job Summary
To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time remote California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage client documents, conduct background checks, and draft legal documents for attorney review while ensuring high-quality billable work.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and identify relevant case materials
- Draft various legal documents for attorney review, including motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
- Assist in trial preparation by managing exhibits, witness lists, and coordinating witness preparation meetings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience, specifically in labor and employment litigation
- Extensive knowledge of litigation and trial procedures, as well as California state and federal court rules
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a legal setting
- Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program or equivalent legal education
- Experience with eDiscovery technology and document management systems, such as Relativity or Everlaw, is preferred
