California Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a fast-paced civil litigation practice, the fully remote California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage case documentation, assist attorneys with drafting legal documents, and coordinate trial preparation while ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining organized electronic files.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to legal documents and coordinating E-Discovery
• Conduct factual investigations and legal research, preparing case status reports and memoranda for attorneys and clients
• Assist with trial preparation by drafting related documents and coordinating trial logistics

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a civil litigation environment
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys and managing a high-volume caseload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred but not required
• Ability to work during standard Pacific Time business hours in a dedicated remote work environment
