Job Summary

To support sophisticated litigation matters, the full-time California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and managing document productions, while working remotely in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and preparing discovery materials
• Manage document productions and organize case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Coordinate filings in state and federal courts and assist with trial preparation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of defense litigation paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures
• Experience managing discovery and document-intensive cases
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
