Job Summary
To support a growing U.S. legal team, the full-time remote California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage litigation matters, attend court proceedings in San Mateo County, and collaborate with senior executives and outside counsel.
Key responsibilities
- Attend small claims hearings and routine court proceedings as the company's authorized representative
- Manage a portfolio of litigation matters, including maintaining case calendars and tracking deadlines
- Coordinate with the Litigation Strategist and outside counsel to prepare for hearings and monitor case progress
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in California civil litigation
- A bachelor's degree and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Experience with litigation case management, calendaring, and court filings
- Familiarity with California state court procedures, particularly in San Mateo County
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
