Managing a litigation caseload from inception through trial, the fully remote California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will draft legal documents, conduct depositions, and negotiate settlements while collaborating with senior attorneys and experts.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, and develop litigation strategies

Required qualifications

• California Paralegal License
• Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing litigation files
• Ability to conduct depositions and attend various legal proceedings
• Strong negotiation skills with insurance carriers and defense counsel
