Job Summary

To support a growing plaintiff employment litigation firm, the full-time California Licensed Litigation Paralegal will manage drafting motions, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents while working 100% remotely from California.

Key responsibilities

• Draft motions, mediation briefs, and various litigation documents
• Provide reliable support to assigned attorneys while managing case deadlines
• Utilize technology to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in California civil litigation, preferably in employment law
• Strong background in drafting litigation documents
• Experience working in a fully remote setting
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification is preferred
• Ability to handle a high-volume case load effectively
