California Licensed Loan Advisor
Job Summary
Proactively developing and maintaining a quality network of business relationships, the full-time California Licensed Loan Advisor will originate mortgage loans, interview customers to assess their loan needs, and achieve sales goals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Originate mortgage loans in compliance with credit and underwriting requirements while ensuring adherence to industry regulations
- Achieve sales and referral goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing referral relationships
- Participate in community efforts to promote home ownership and expand customer relationships to meet branch and personal goals
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) required
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated networking and/or referral sales experience
- Experience in a self-generated/self-sourced sales environment preferred
- Mortgage industry experience preferred
