Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor - Loan Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and collect necessary documentation for loans
• Verify loans and submit to Underwriting within 24 hours of receipt
• Coordinate closing details and ensure timely delivery of closing documents

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mortgage lending, preferably in processing
• Working knowledge of loan program guidelines including conventional and government loans
• Proficiency in DU/LP/GUS and/or other major loan origination systems
• Ability to calculate income accurately
• Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour week schedule
