Key Responsibilities

• Open national title orders and assist with setting up new clients
• Provide daily reporting of new national title orders and maintain communication with internal staff and clients
• Address client inquiries and feedback professionally and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years' experience in administrative work and customer service
• Knowledge of the real estate and title insurance industry
• Proven customer service skills
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software products
