Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer to assist clients in the loan application process and provide expert advice on loan products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess borrowers' loan requirements and present suitable loan options
  • Guide clients through the loan application process while collaborating with the operations team
  • Manage a large pipeline using technology and assist with purchase transactions through a realtor referral network
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Consumer Lending Sales or a similar field
  • High school diploma required
  • Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including sales and operations
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations in the mortgage industry
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Encompass (LOS), Velocify (CRM), and MS Office products
