Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Officer to assist clients in the loan application process and provide expert advice on loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess borrowers' loan requirements and present suitable loan options
- Guide clients through the loan application process while collaborating with the operations team
- Manage a large pipeline using technology and assist with purchase transactions through a realtor referral network
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Consumer Lending Sales or a similar field
- High school diploma required
- Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including sales and operations
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations in the mortgage industry
- Intermediate computer skills, including Encompass (LOS), Velocify (CRM), and MS Office products
