Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer to identify and secure mortgage solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' financial information and analyze creditworthiness
• Assist clients through the loan application and closing process
• Build strong client relationships and maintain compliance with lending regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Loan Origination and as a Loan Officer
• Strong knowledge in Finance and Underwriting processes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• State-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) or ability to obtain licensure
• Proficiency with mortgage software and tools is a plus
