Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings
- Provide general clerical support to loan officers and processors as needed
Required Qualifications:
- NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience
- Previous sales support experience preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
