Job Summary
Providing essential support to mortgage loan officers, the full-time California Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will assist in reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, and facilitating timely loan closings in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
- Facilitate communication between borrowers, loan officers, and processors to ensure a positive customer experience
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
- Previous sales support experience is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Salesforce experience is preferred
