Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact between clients and loan originators, ensuring clear communication throughout the loan process
Manage loan files from application to closing, including tracking documents and providing updates to borrowers
Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' experience in conventional mortgage loan processing or origination
Current Mortgage Loan Processing experience is required
State and Federal NMLS License preferred
Familiarity with RESPA and mortgage lending regulations is preferred
