Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Loan Partner to serve as the primary contact for new inbound leads and assist clients in their home financing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all new inbound leads
• Conduct and review loan applications for accuracy and prepare rate quotes
• Manage the full pre-approval pipeline and communicate proactively with borrowers and agents

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of mortgage experience (LO, Processing, and/or Underwriting)
• Advanced knowledge of agency, FHA, and VA guidelines
• Proven success in a high-volume, dynamic team environment
• Expertise in creating rapport quickly with new clients
