Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Loan Partner, the full-time remote position will manage client relationships, guide them through the mortgage intake process, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while leveraging innovative technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support and educate clients during the loan application and closing process
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of initial application data and documents before submission
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, setting clear expectations on timelines and requirements

Required qualifications

• Mortgage Loan Originator License
• 4+ years of experience in mortgage lending
• Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines
• Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations
• Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices
