Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor responsible for ensuring quality customer service and documentation for loan underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze borrower documentation for loan submission to underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation
• Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary information and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
• Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
• Excellent math and analytical skills
