A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage loan files from application to funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan files, ensuring timely and accurate packaging
• Submit loans for initial decision and fulfill necessary conditions for closing
• Build rapport with borrowers and maintain ongoing communication regarding loan status

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Mortgage Processing or a similar field
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the residential mortgage industry and related guidelines
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory compliance obligations and industry standards
• Intermediate working knowledge of Encompass and related mortgage processing software
