Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Loan Processor to manage loan processing tasks and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation
• Communicate with loan originators and customers to obtain necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Working knowledge of RESPA and general mortgage regulations
• Experience with Encompass software
• Ability to work varying hours and meet deadlines
