Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end processing of consumer loan applications, the remote California Licensed Loan Processor will manage high volumes of loan-related calls, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare loan documents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound loan-related communications while processing loan applications accurately and timely
• Analyze data and prepare loan documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
• Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate the loan application process and resolve member inquiries

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; some college preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced call center or loan processing environment with direct consumer contact
• Experience in consumer loan processing is preferred
