Job Summary

To support the end-to-end processing of consumer loan applications, the full-time California Licensed Loan Processor will manage high volumes of loan-related calls, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accuracy while working remotely in California.

Key responsibilities

• Process consumer loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Manage inbound and outbound loan-related communications while collaborating with various departments
• Prepare loan documents and conduct member interviews to determine loan suitability and fulfill conditions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; some college preferred
• 3+ years in a fast-paced call center or loan processing environment with direct consumer contact
• Experience in consumer loan processing is preferred
