Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end processing of consumer loan applications, the remote California Licensed Loan Processor will manage high volumes of loan-related calls, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare loan documents while delivering exceptional member service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound loan-related communications and applications efficiently
• Analyze data and prepare loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending policies
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the loan application process and address member inquiries

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; some college preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced call center or loan processing environment
• Experience handling complex situations with direct consumer contact is required
• Consumer loan processing experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of state and federal compliance regulations related to lending
