California Licensed Loan Processor

Job Summary

Independently managing the full lifecycle of consumer loan processing, the full-time California Licensed Loan Processor will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while delivering exceptional member experiences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of loan-related communications and maintain an active pipeline of 40-50 applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation
• Perform quality control reviews to support loan funding, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and identifying exceptions for corrective action
• Analyze and validate financial and identity documentation to satisfy loan conditions while fostering positive relationships with members

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; AA degree or some college preferred
• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced lending environment with a high loan processing volume
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex loan files and resolve escalations while meeting quality and compliance standards
