Job Summary

Independently managing the full lifecycle of consumer loan processing, the full-time California Licensed Loan Processor will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while delivering exceptional member experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of loan applications, ensuring proactive follow-up and timely condition clearing
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory guidelines
• Analyze and validate financial documentation while maintaining effective member relationships through clear communication

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced lending environment with high loan processing volume
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex loan files and resolve escalations
• Knowledge of state and federal laws related to consumer lending and credit union compliance
• Experience with quality control and risk mitigation in loan processing
