California Licensed Loan Specialist

Job Summary

Managing a complex portfolio of loans, the full-time California Licensed Loan Specialist will oversee the full lifecycle from origination to liquidation, primarily focusing on sensitive cases in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex loan files across multiple stages, dedicating at least 60% of time to sensitive cases
• Review and analyze financial data requests from borrowers and lenders to evaluate loan cases
• Develop solutions for delinquent loans while maintaining accurate records across agency systems

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in loan administration, financial analysis, or a related field
• Working knowledge of loan documentation, including financial statements and credit instruments
• Authorization to work for any U.S. employer without visa sponsorship
