California Licensed Long Term Care Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote sales team, the full-time California Licensed Long Term Care Manager will recruit and develop top talent, drive sales strategies for psychiatric and neurological markets, and manage performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent while providing strategic direction and performance coaching
• Drive regional implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives and foster innovative sales approaches
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and hold the team accountable for execution of sales strategies

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years of first-line sales management experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years; or PhD with 4+ years
• Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and recognition awards
• Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment and experience in complex, competitive environments
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity
• Strong sales disposition and business acumen, capable of managing multiple projects with high accuracy and efficiency
