Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel and advice on various legal matters
• Manage and evaluate candidates for mergers and acquisitions
• Lead all aspects of M&A transactions and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Active Bar license
• Minimum of five years of experience in business and corporate law
• Experience with SEC reporting and compliance preferred
• Familiarity with contractual matters in a manufacturing environment preferred
