Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Demonstrated ability to lead deals and manage client relationships
• Significant portable book of business
• Active member of the California Bar or eligible for admission
• Desire to work in a flexible, entrepreneurial model
