Job Summary

Leading a global team of research scientists, the full-time California Licensed Machine Learning Engineer will define and execute the research strategy for optimization and marketplace systems, driving innovations that enhance advertising performance and efficiency in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute long-term research strategies for optimization, targeting, and marketplace systems
• Drive development of large-scale machine learning systems for prediction and campaign optimization
• Lead innovation across demand-side platform optimization and align research with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Operations Research
• 15+ years of experience in developing machine learning and optimization systems
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing research scientists and technical teams
• Proven success in deploying research innovations into production environments at scale
• Deep expertise in machine learning, optimization, and statistical modeling
