Key Responsibilities

• Handle claims with high complexity and large injury severity
• Review claims to identify and investigate coverage and exposure issues
• Conduct independent investigations and negotiate settlements for bodily injury claims

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims adjusting experience, particularly with bodily injury claims
• Experience with coverage issues, high exposure, and large losses
• Ability to work closely with senior management
• Experience with injury evaluation tools is a plus
• Ability to make decisions quickly with minimal supervision
