Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the hybrid Legal Malpractice and Accountants Malpractice Partner will lead and oversee the Legal Malpractice and Accountants Malpractice practice, manage complex litigation matters, and develop client relationships while mentoring associates.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and oversee the Legal Malpractice and Accountants Malpractice practice
- Handle complex defense matters through all phases of litigation
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, insured professionals, brokers, and clients
Required qualifications
- Admission to the California State Bar required
- 10+ years of legal malpractice and accountants malpractice defense experience
- Strong litigation, leadership, client management, and business development skills
- Experience representing insurers and/or insured professionals preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting and auditing documents and financial statements
