Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market CFO for a California Health Plan, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides executive strategy and leadership for market finance activities and financial analysis
• Coordinates premium revenue management and risk adjustment across market lines of businesses
• Monitors budget performance and implements responses to variances while collaborating with senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of progressive finance and/or analytical experience, with 5 years in managed care/Medicaid
• Minimum of 7 years management/leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Advanced training or experience in health care analytics
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at an executive level
